Notoostudio interior and styling agency is inspired by the surrealist painters of the 20th Century to stage furniture.

Morandi, De Chirico, Mondrian, Escher and Magritte are all surrealist painters who have each left their mark on the 20th century. It is difficult in this day and age to restore these masterpieces to their grandeur without distorting them. This is where Notoostudio has taken advantage of interior design, drawing directly on the style, layout, shapes and colours that have carried these paintings through time. Even the grain of the image, as related to oil painting, is present, giving the images of Notoostudio a very soft appearance.

But it's not just about painting here. But set design and how to renew the genre. In fact, putting furniture in the front can be redundant. That's why the creative people who hide behind these conceptual images that make us dream - and the photographers, of course, indispensable to this art - need to redouble their imagination. It is not enough to have an exceptional location or trendy coloursbut rather ofhave an eye. Notoostudio studied in detail the surreal paintings of the great Masters, their composition and the way in which they remain in our memory. In their series of images, we find with pleasure the grids of Mondrians, the arches and the perspective work of De Chirico, and the chimeras and illusions universe of Magritte.

But what is certainly the talent of Notoostudio, it is undoubtedly the collaboration between several talents coming from different disciplines – architecture, interior design, photography, 3d modeling – this allows the studio's work to be enriched with the experience and the eye of everyone. Chiara, Fabia, Paolo and Ricardo are renewing the genre in terms of interior and set design because their approach is comprehensive and well conducted. From research to the final image, they make us travel through the surreal painting and enrich our visual world while highlighting the best design pieces of our time. Who said that art and design should be separated?
