Sports is gathering and inspiring, but also includes the notion of fun and entertainment in the root of its original definition. Just what make one wants to explore sports dimension on all elements, and especially on the design side. This is what has experienced the design studio An Aesthetic Pursuit, based in Brooklyn, creating a new collection of furniture directly inspired by the graphic codes of sports. Indeed, if the lines drawn have at first glance the function of visual cues in order to enforce the rules, the designer Jenny Kaplan divert them, precisely to transgress those of design.Composed of coffee tables and dining, stools and many carpet Mixing patterns and colors that are both familiar and utopian, the collection Pieces collection revealed a very curvy design design styles, with lines and lightness.
